Through his freehand squeegee technique Rupert Whale produces screenprints where inks dragsoftly across the paper , in multiple unique combinations.
Like with the Shape series, he once again investigates the overlay of colour , building up translucent layers which extend indifferent directions. For this series, Whale works on a large scale, each work measuring 100 x 70 cm.
