David Knight

In his abstract works, the Scotland-based artist David Knight evokes seas, tides, and mesmerising coastal processes. Working freely with wide, gestural brushwork, drips, splotches, and charcoal, his paintings burst with energy. With his studio based in the Outer Hebrides, Knight draws inspiration from the ever-present coastal winds and the movement of water.
